Looks like Kentucky is done for the season, after losing Patterson for the rest of the Year. But if it heals (unlike bowie) maybe he will be around next year , instead of going pro.

Well, I mainly posting this to try some new stuff. First off, I need to try to bring in an image from the gallery automatically. Here goes.
Hope that works. It’s just a pic that I snapped of Sarah and Olivia last night at the Basketball game. It was kind of cute. I like the iphone camera. I mean, it’s not a great camera, but it’s better than any cell phone camera I’ve seen up to now, and the fact that it’s integrated means I always have it with me. So hopefully I can post a couple of these types of candid shots going forward into the future.
Also, Regarding Basketball. Ole Miss is off to a roaring start. That’s always nice, makes it easier to live down here in oxford. I can’t remember the last time I saw them break a hundred. And they’ve done it twice so far this year. 5-0 is a good start. (Better than Kentucky’s 5-1 start, and the cat’s haven’t looked to good in a couple of those 5 games they did win.) Of course, Ole miss hasn’t really played anyone yet. Then again, neither have the wildcats to be honest. I guess we’ll see where they really stand this saturday.
Anyway, hope the wpg tag works for pulling in the gallery pics, that’ll make it much easier for posting in the future.

Well, sort of. The game this weekend is on Sportssouth if you want to watch it. We’re no where near the court though (About 20 rows up off one of the corners) But me and all the girls will be there tomorrow to watch the game.
Val took some good christmas shots, but I haven’t had a chance to upload any of them to here yet. I’ll have to get to that some time.
We had a great trip over Christmas though, went down for a couple of days to visit dad and mom. Mom should be here in a couple of weeks as well. We will look forward to that.
Also, I’m considering buying one of those Nintendo Wii’s, the motion sensing looks awesome, and I really want that golf game where you actually swing the controller. I know, I’m an idiot. I never ever play the PS2, so I’m getting rid of that this weekend. But I do play the xbox and gamecube. I have absolutely zero interest in that PS3, but I do have interest in the Wii now. I went to two stores today at lunch to check it out. Zero Nintendo’s but Wal-mart did have three Playstation 3′s. Of course, I didn’t buy it. But still, seeing it in stock was a bit of a shocker.

I’ve played around with the modules and moved some stuff around again. Hopefully it’ll be a little more organized. I like the little Web Widgets. And although they aren’t technically “Family” things. Since this is the only blog I post to and I control the main layout of it. This is where the stuff that I think is cool goes.
I hope I don’t discourage any of you guys that want to post to actually do so. I moved the games to the bottom on the right and put the links back up at the top.
I also added a little paypal donation button. I don’t expect you to use it. But I thought I’d add it if you wanted to help pay my hosting fees which are due each july. Perhaps someday, I’ll write a profound article that generates tons of traffic as well and with thousands of eyeballs I’ll get a couple of tips or something.
You never know, it could happen.
Can’t wait to see Erin and Dad on Saturday. Nice to see the Cats beat Louisville as well. Also, they come down to Oxford on January 6th. I don’t know if Mom will be in town or anything by then (Dad mentioned something about her coming in January) but I would enjoy any guests if anyone is close by.

It is not my intent to give up on this site. Or fold it up, or never post here again. It’s just that I haven’t had all that much to say. Not a whole lot that’s interesting enough to post on here has gone on in my life.
I spent a quiet thanksgiving at home, it was actually kinda nice. That was not my intent, however. I would’ve went to Dads, but I thought it was going to be crowded there, then it ended up that nobody went.
I could take some pics of the girls. Val still has some stuff from Halloween that nobody’s posted. She was going to post some on here, and got upset a little bit when she discovered that she had taken all the girls halloween pics but forgotten to put a memory card in the camera. So she would have to get them redressed up and take some pics.
I guess that’s akin to the old no film in the camera problem from year’s ago. You’d think that there would be some sort of warning or something from the camera though.
I went to a few basketball games over the last couple of weeks. Ole Miss hasn’t really been playing very good basketball lately. Doesn’t look much better this year so far. Been having some tough games with the dash/directional schools that they’ve been playing as of late. Might be a tough trek through the SEC, but perhaps they can suprise some folks.
I do like their new floor. It’s very much like Indiana, it’s clean. Only lines. I don’t think it’s a secret that I’m no fan of the wings being painted in a basketball floor. This one will be much easier on the eyes.
